Agreement between Vison Sando and ____________________________ for a brand new Bajaj motorbike.
I Vision Sando, a resident of the Voker Mission Community is giving my brand new Bajaj motorbike to ________________________ with engine number ________________________ and frame numberr ____________________________ for work and pay for the amount $ 1,200 USD to be paid in Liberian Dollars with the equivalent of $ 164,400 LD at the current rate of 137 for the period of ______________________________________________ from the date written above.
In case of being stolen / missing, the guarantor and rider will be held responsible to continue paying said money in the same time frame mentioned above.
In case of irregularities in payment, the bike ownership will be disregarded and the bike will be taken and sold for the remaining money to complete the remaining money from the total money paid to balance the overall money.
In case of problems or spoilage, the guarantor and rider shall be responsible to do all necessary fixing or repair to enable the motorbike to get back into good working condition (s) and shall also be responsible for any seizure in any category (s).
The bike is never his until he had finished paying said amount and a turn over documentation is made and signed by the owner and witnessed.
Failure on the part of the guarantor and rider to comply with the agreement, legal action (s) shall be taken against them.
